You wondered how our greenhouse project was coming - and here is a little peek. It's soooo good! :D
We grow a lot of different things, mostly cucumber and tomatoes, but also chamomile for tea like I showed you some weeks ago, and broccoli, beets, lettuce, and the sweetner, stevia! We also grow chia and quinoa to be able to see the difference between outside and inside growing.
I love just having the greenhouse in the garden... It's a jewel, don't you think!? :)
We go inside every day with Liv and let her pick her own tomatoes - and she LOVES it.
It's tempting to take them all, but we try to convince her only to take the red ones :)

The horses are guarding the greenhouse--they do a great job :)
One night, I invited some fellow farmgirls to have an "opening night" for the greenhouse, and we had a little toast to officially say it's open! :) We still need a better watering system, more lights and also a little more interior-design touch, but we are getting there. What do you think? ;)
